In consideration of accepting this registration, I, the participant, intend to be legally bound and hereby waive or release any and all right and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against B. Nancy Mackey, and/or all of my agents assisting with the retreat, sponsors and their representatives, and employees of Mimosa Retreat for any and all injuries or damages to me or my personal property, before, during, or after the retreat. This includes but is not limited to injuries, losses or damages in connection with accommodations, other facilities at retreat center, ground transportation, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, accidents or health related issues while residing at Mimosa Retreat and in transit to, during, or after any tours or excursions. I recognize, intend and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees. I also authorize the use of photographs or videos that include my image for promotional, informational, or other reasons deemed to be in the best interest of the event. Please note the initial deposit ($500 + $25 processing fee) is non-refundable. If my personal travel plans are delayed or cancelled for any reason there will be no refunds issued by B. Nancy Mackey. After February 24, 2026, there will be no refunds of any kind offered. I certify that I am physically fit, healthy, and well for the completion of this retreat and that my physical condition has been verified by a licensed Medical Doctor. By submitting this registration, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above waiver.

Refund/Exchange Policy:

No refunds of deposits (in the amount of $500 + $25 processing fee) will be offered under any circumstance, except in the event the retreat is rescheduled or cancelled by the event organizers. Retreat hosts reserve the right to change facilitators if need be, and no refunds or returns will be provided.

No refunds of any kind will be offered after February 24, 2026. Deposits, partial payments or full balance payments cannot be transferred between individuals or put towards future retreats.

B. Nancy Mackey, any of my affiliates or host retreat centers, is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat (by the host or student), such as airfare, loss of work, travel insurance, and/or any other costs associated with preparing for a retreat.

If submitting only a deposit at the time of registration, your half balance (less the deposit) will be due on or before October 1, 2025 and remainder of your balance due on or before March 1, 2026 (this does not apply to pay-in-full customers).

By agreeing to this waiver, you understand your space will be opened to another interested party if payments are not received within 7 days from the due date, which could lead to forfeiting your desired accommodation, and another space will not be guaranteed to you.

Roommate Policy:

If you select a shared room (double occupancy), it is the responsibility of both individuals to remit partial or full tuition payments on or before their respective due dates. In the event, one (or both) parties do not submit payments by the communicated due dates, it is up to the remaining individual(s) to choose a single or double occupancy space, if available, or the event organizer(s) will place them in another available accommodation.
